Important Update for Incoming Grade 9 Students – 2026/2027 School Year

As outlined in the Kingston High School Student/Parent Handbook, one semester of swimming instruction is a required component of Physical Education at Kingston High School.

Beginning with the 2026/2027 school year, Kingston High School will no longer provide swimsuits, swim trunks, or towels for students enrolled in the required swimming unit. Students will be responsible for bringing their own swimsuit or swim trunks and their own towel.

Please plan accordingly to ensure your student is prepared to participate in this required Physical Education unit.
